Day 1
Day 1

You will be collected at the Cape Town International Airport and transferred to 4-star accommodation in the CBD of Cape Town close to the V & A Waterfront.

This afternoon we will embark on a sunset drive to Signal Hill, where the sun is setting over the Atlantic Ocean. Splendid views over Cape Town, the harbor and the famous beaches of Cape Town.

After sunset, you will return back to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel. Dinner is for your own account.

Day 2 - Peninsula Route (Full Day)

After breakfast you will be collected at your accommodation venue to embark on the scenic Peninsula Route.

Drive along the scenic Atlantic Seaboard coastal road.

Pass the pristine beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

Chapman’s Peak scenic road.

At Hout Bay you embark on a cruise past the “Sentinel” to Seal Island to view seals and the many aquatic birds that inhabit the island.

We enter the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, home to the famous “Fynbos”. In the reserve you can spot the Cape Mountain Zebra, Eland and other species. There is also a variety of birds to be seen.

We stop for lunch along the way, for your own account.

Visit The Boulders where a colony of Jackass Penguins inhabit the area and have their breeding area.
We drive through Simons Town, overlooking False Bay and the Indian Ocean.

Return back to your hotel in Cape Town.

Day 3 - Winelands Tour (Full Day)

We drive from Cape Town to Paarl.

At our first stop, we experience a cellar tour followed by a cheese and wine tasting.

We continue to Franschhoek with photo stop at Groot Drakenstein Prison where Nelson Mandela was released in Feb 1990.

A short tour of the town and a second wine tasting in Franschhoek.

Lunch stop for your own account.

After lunch we continue to Stellenbosch to view historical buildings.

Time permitting we will include a third wine tasting before returning to your accommodation.

Day 4 - Table Mountain & Kirstenbosch (Full Day)

You will embark from the Table Mountain cable station, on a cable car to the summit of Table Mountain. From here you have 360 degree “eagle eye” view of Cape Town, Robben Island and surrounding view of the Cape Peninsula and Atlantic Ocean beaches.

After your return from the Mountain we will visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, with the biggest variety of flora in South Africa.

We will visit Africa Jewel in the city centre to experience the secrets of diamonds and Tanzanite.

We return to your hotel.
Dinner at your own cost.

Day 5 - Private Game Reserve & West Coast (One Day Big Game Safari)

We depart from the V & A Waterfront at 06H30 to a Private Game Reserve in the heart of the West Coast which is home to some of Africa’s most revered and endangered animals: Lions, Buffalo, White Rhino, Giraffe, Cheetah, Caracal [Lynx] Blue Wildebeest and many more. During our drive to the Private Game Reserve, we will enjoy coffee & rusks.

By participating on this safari, the revenue generated to allow for the reintroduction of African Wildlife into areas like the West Coast of the Cape and other areas where African Wildlife has been completely depleted.

We arrive in time for breakfast at the lodge at 07H30.

At 09H00 we depart on our three hours guided game drive conducted by registered nature guides, not to be experienced anywhere else close to Cape Town.

On our return to the lodge, we will enjoy a hearty lunch.

After lunch, we make our way to the Saldhana Bay area. We explore the area for a while to look at the magnificent birdlife and scenery in the area.

Day 6 - Robben Island & West Coast Beaches (Full Day)

You will embark via ferryboat to Robben Island where the island was home to Nelson Mandela for 27 years.

This will be between 5 – 6 hours trip.

After your return, we will drive up the West Coast to visit some of the most beautiful beaches and to experience the seafood cuisine, which has made this area famous.

We return back to your hotel late afternoon.

Day 7

After breakfast, time permitting, departure of your flight from Cape Town International Airport, we will visit Clifton & Camps Bay areas, to browse the many shops and restaurants that dotted this area.

We return to Cape Town International Airport in time for your flight to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

Important Notice
Please take into account that this tour is during PEAK SEASON in Cape Town

Tour should be booked as soon as possible to ensure that accommodation & transport as quoted can be utilized.

A deposit of 25% should be paid with booking.

A further 30% of the total amount quoted should be paid within 30 days from the date of booking. The balance should be paid 60 days before the start of the tour.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation before full balance being paid, a 50% cancellation fee will be retained from the amount paid before 60 days.

Cancellation between 60 – 30 days. 50% Refund on the total amount paid.

Less than 30 days cancellation, no refund on the total amount paid.
